ABOUT

Organized Space Solutions, LLC was founded in 2011 by Sharon Swezey, whose goal is to combine her love of organizing with helping others return ease and flow to their lives.

Prior to focusing full-time on organizational solutions for others, Sharon spent 20 years in the graphic arts industry and raising her now-grown son.

“All my life, I’ve organized and come up with systems. As a kid, I used to sort my stuffed animals into specific categories. As a production manager in a commercial printer, I created systems to streamline work flow, archiving, retrieval, and employee efficiency, all while managing the whereabouts of over 100 separate jobs a day. As a freelance web designer, I was responsible for my own systems, procedures, and backup plans. As a volunteer, I ran committees and streamlined existing processes to help make the work of current and future volunteers easier and more efficient.
In summary, I’ve brought calm and organization to every position I’ve ever held to help myself and others keep clutter under control and life flowing smoothly. My strength lies in helping clients figure out what systems work for them instead of imposing my vision on their situation.”

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lewis and Clark College combining Psychology and Sociology.
